Magallanes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Angelo Aracena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gonzalo Perl blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Maximino Bear having to make a save. Salbatore Eslava sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Magallanes booed when Navalito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salbatore Eslava didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Magallanes's Angelo Aracena got a free kick in the 17th minute. Isidro Camara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gonzalo Canto in the 18th minute of play. Navalito's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gonzalo Canto in the 19th minute. Emilio Formoso tried in the 20th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Isidro Camara a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-0. Isidro Camara didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Navalito's Jeraldo Gredig shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 29 minutes into the game, Magallanes's Brian Izaga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximino Bear made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Gonzalo Perl hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Isidro Camara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeraldo Gredig in the 35th minute. 36 minutes into the game, Jeraldo Gredig lined in a short shot 3-1 behind a frustrated Isidro Camara. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gonzalo Canto to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gonzalo Canto in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidro Camara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 53 minutes into the game, Navalito's Fernán Rosselot nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Isidro Camara made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Isidro Camara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeraldo Gredig in the 62nd minute of play. After 64 played minutes Magallanes got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Perl. Magallanes made a substitution. Elias Longa replaced Angelo Aracena. After a rather tough play, Magallanes's Gonzalo Perl got a free kick in the 66th minute. Isidro Camara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeraldo Gredig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes, Antonio Mackenzie mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Magallanes and the Navalito players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Magallanes's Antonio Mackenzie got a free kick in the 68th minute. Navalito made a substitution. Albano Antipa replaced Esteban Ballesteros. In the 69th match minute, Magallanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Mackenzie to maneuver through the defense. Magallanes's Isidro Camara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Canto in the 75th minute of play. When Elias Longa fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Magallanes's protests and gave Elias Longa a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th match minute, Magallanes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Longa to maneuver through the defense. Isidro Camara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severino Ensslin, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Brian Izaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Maximino Bear tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gonzalo Perl was shown his second yellow card after 84 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Isidro Camara took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Severino Ensslin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 89 minutes into the match, Magallanes's goal looked a bit too open when Salbatore Eslava came free, but Isidro Camara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fernán Rosselot kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Brian Izaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Bear saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Canto in the 94th minute of play forced Magallanes's goalkeeper Isidro Camara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gonzalo Canto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Camara having to interfere. Navalito were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Magallanes for a fine match.
