With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aldo Flechart in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basilio Dragicevic saved Inter de Chillán from getting behind. Inter de Chillán's Basilio Dragicevic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Flechart in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th match minute, Inter de Chillán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adam Badiola to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan Luis Alfaro got free with Ursino Canío in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ruesga Varas to make the kick off. Nibiru X's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Inter de Chillán the free kick. In the 71st match minute, Nibiru X was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Flechart to maneuver through the defense. Valiente Solabarrieta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Basilio Dragicevic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 played minutes Nibiru X got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Aninat. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Luis Alfaro in the 79th minute of play forced Nibiru X's goalkeeper Ursino Canío to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Basilio Dragicevic didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raimundo Alenk went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 87th minute, Nibiru X's Valiente Solabarrieta dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Nibiru X had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
