Isidro Camara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruesga Varas in the 7th minute of the match. 7 minutes into the game, Samuel Pacull was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Magallanes's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nibiru X the free kick. After a rather tough play, Magallanes's Samuel Pacull got a free kick in the 7th minute. A collision led to Magallanes getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Romeo Morel hit a great ball. Ferrán Azpuru hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. After having played for 15 minutes, Raimundo Alenk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nibiru X's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raimundo Alenk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nibiru X's zone, Antonio Mackenzie stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ursino Canío came out of the goal and Antonio Mackenzie tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isidro Camara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aldo Flechart in the 23rd minute of the match. Isidro Camara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ruesga Varas, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Nibiru X's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Valentín Mellibosky in the 28th minute. After taking down the ball on Nibiru X's corner Valentín Mellibosky fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Isidro Camara quite easily take care of the ball. Ursino Canío made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Brian Izaga in the 31st minute of play. The supporters of Nibiru X booed when Magallanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelo Aracena didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Alenk in the 32nd minute of play forced Magallanes's goalkeeper Isidro Camara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Magallanes getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Antonio Mackenzie hit a great ball. The supporters of Magallanes booed when Nibiru X was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xabier Gac didn't get a good kick on the ball. Antonio Mackenzie hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. 42 minutes into the game, Brian Izaga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ursino Canío. Brian Izaga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. If Nicodemo De la Maza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Brian Izaga to strike the kick off in the second half. 57 minutes into the match, Magallanes's goalkeeper Isidro Camara had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aldo Flechart. Aldo Flechart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Isidro Camara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nibiru X made a substitution. Narciso Aninat replaced Baldomiro Fouillioux. Magallanes made a substitution. Elias Longa replaced Angelo Aracena. Nibiru X made a substitution. Valiente Solabarrieta replaced Ruesga Varas. Magallanes's Baldomero Gamboa was substituted for Romeo Morel. 64 minutes into the game, Filipo Word was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nibiru X's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Magallanes the free kick. After a rather tough play, Nibiru X's Filipo Word got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 65th minute of the match Gonzalo Perl sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ursino Canío skillfully saved the ball. In the 66th minute, Brian Izaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Valentín Mellibosky sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Magallanes getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Baldomero Gamboa hit a great ball. Nibiru X's Valentín Mellibosky got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 74th minute, Herminio Quintero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Héctor David Albertz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Perl in the 82nd minute of play forced Nibiru X's goalkeeper Ursino Canío to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th match minute, Nibiru X was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Héctor David Albertz to maneuver through the defense. When Lino Bombal fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Magallanes's protests and gave Lino Bombal a yellow card for diving instead. After 90 played minutes Magallanes got a freekick which was hit by Lino Bombal. With a little luck, Magallanes's Isidro Camara got control of the ball when Valentín Mellibosky tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gonzalo Perl in the 96th minute of play forced Nibiru X's goalkeeper Ursino Canío to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Magallanes fans cheered their team off the field, for while Nibiru X had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
