A beautiful save bye Papulote FC's goalie prevented a goal. Papulote FC's Nereo Raymon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adrián Espadas in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Papulote FC's Modesto Piearres got a free kick in the 5th minute. Nereo Raymon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrián Espadas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Papulote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amador Venceslao came free, but Nereo Raymon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Herminio Peli fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Papulote FC's protests and gave Herminio Peli a yellow card for diving instead. In the 9th minute, Herminio Peli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nereo Raymon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrián Espadas in the 9th minute of the match. Nereo Raymon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrián Espadas in the 11th minute. Adrián Espadas did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Nereo Raymon 14 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Papulote FC's Nereo Raymon got control of the ball when Hernan Lano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Modesto Piearres's late challenge caught a Soroca F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Modesto Piearres helped the player get up and apologised. After 17 played minutes Papulote FC got a freekick which was hit by Modesto Piearres. With a little luck, Papulote FC's Nereo Raymon got control of the ball when Hernan Lano tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 25 minutes Papulote FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gustavo Tartalo who took care of the corner kick. Sergio Basajaun's late challenge caught a Soroca F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sergio Basajaun helped the player get up and apologised. Sergio Basajaun hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 36th minute Hernan Lano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Raymon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hernan Lano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Nereo Raymon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrián Espadas in the 39th minute of play forced Papulote FC's goalkeeper Nereo Raymon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Soroca F.C. were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after Papulote FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gustavo Tartalo took the corner. After taking down the ball on Soroca F.C.'s corner Gustavo Tartalo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Nereo Raymon quite easily take care of the ball. Hernan Lano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Raymon having to interfere. When Adrián Espadas came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Soroca F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrián Espadas couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Arnoldo Gonzo was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 55 minutes, Zézinho Neiva managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Soroca F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Zézinho Neiva was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Nereo Raymon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adrián Espadas in the 57th minute of play. In the 57th minute, Adrián Espadas made a precise shot to the right of Nereo Raymon. Papulote FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Soroca F.C.'s Godofredo Quilino was substituted for Gustavo Tartalo. Zézinho Neiva recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nereo Raymon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Răzvan Necula in the 64th minute of play. 65 minutes into the game, Arnoldo Gonzo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Papulote FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soroca F.C. the free kick. A collision led to Papulote FC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Arnoldo Gonzo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Papulote FC's zone, Răzvan Necula stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nereo Raymon came out of the goal and Răzvan Necula tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Soroca F.C. made a substitution. Rodolfo Atarrabi replaced Hernan Lano. 70 minutes into the match, Răzvan Necula had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nereo Raymon. Papulote FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Răzvan Necula was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Nereo Raymon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Răzvan Necula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Godofredo Quilino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 77 minutes into the game, Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nereo Raymon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Răzvan Necula scored 6-0 in the 81st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nereo Raymon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute, Răzvan Necula got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Răzvan Necula's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nereo Raymon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. 86 minutes into the game, Răzvan Necula cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Nereo Raymon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nereo Raymon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Godofredo Quilino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Papulote FC's goalkeeper Nereo Raymon, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 94 played minutes Papulote FC got a freekick which was hit by Joel Gervaso. Joel Gervaso hit a great freekick 97 minutes into the match. Nereo Raymon came out of the goal in the 98th minute to try and stop a shot by Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula. But to his dismay, Răzvan Necula quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0.
