The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Ezkerra got free with Delmiro Iztal in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mariano Ezkerra's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 14thth minute, Delmiro Iztal skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Club Atlético Escocia getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ciriaco Satordi hit a great ball. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Ladislao Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Ado in the 24th minute of play. Ladislao Faro came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Escocia's Enrique Astrada. But to his dismay, Enrique Astrada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. 29 minutes into the game, Aquiles Lazcano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Ladislao Faro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Astrada in the 35th minute of play forced Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Ladislao Faro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Ladislao Faro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Astrada in the 42nd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Club Atlético Escocia's Isidro Hibai was substituted for Ciriaco Satordi. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pascual Ado to strike the kick off in the second half. Filiberto Tolino's late challenge caught a Gloria Verdinegra AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Filiberto Tolino helped the player get up and apologised. Filiberto Tolino kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Delmiro Iztal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Ezkerra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ladislao Faro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pascual Ado in the 61st minute of play. With a little luck, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Ladislao Faro got control of the ball when Filiberto Tolino tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Club Atlético Escocia getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Pascual Ado hit a great ball. Pascual Ado kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, German Tartalo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ladislao Faro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Gregorio Bertol hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Ladislao Faro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Gloria Verdinegra AFC booed when Club Atlético Escocia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiberto Tolino didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Gloria Verdinegra AFC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Atlético Escocia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
