Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vatan Enfal started the match with the kick off. If Visen Allu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 4 minutes into the match, Inter de Chillán's goal looked a bit too open when Visen Allu came free, but Anton Björnberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 10th minute, Visen Allu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Altermundi FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. A sloppy throw-in by Justo Zubicueta in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Inter de Chillán's Salvador Mateluna. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vatan Enfal in the 18th minute of play forced Altermundi FC's goalkeeper Candido Piedra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Candido Piedra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vatan Enfal, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With a little luck, Inter de Chillán's Anton Björnberg got control of the ball when Visen Allu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Altermundi FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pedro Reyes in the 37th minute. Justo Zubicueta was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Sergiu Zgrăbunţa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Anton Björnberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Sergiu Zgrăbunţa slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 40th minute. A collision led to Altermundi FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Disvandis Larraona hit a great ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Vatan Enfal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Inter de Chillán's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vatan Enfal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 played minutes Inter de Chillán got a freekick which was hit by Albino Zenteno. Sergiu Zgrăbunţa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Inter de Chillán's Samuel Abel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Candido Piedra. That made the score 2-1 after 58 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vatan Enfal got free with Candido Piedra in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Altermundi FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Vatan Enfal 62 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. Inter de Chillán's Rickard Erserman was substituted for Vatan Enfal. Florencio Jax hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Altermundi FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pedro Reyes in the 69th minute. Candido Piedra made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Rickard Erserman sent off a good shot on target. Altermundi FC's Pío Ducoing was substituted for Sergiu Zgrăbunţa. Altermundi FC made a substitution. Alexandro Cattalán replaced Justo Zubicueta. In the 83rd minute of the game Albino Zenteno made a throw-in which Rickard Erserman played forward. In the 86th minute, Jude Hylton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Altermundi FC's Candido Piedra got control of the ball when Rickard Erserman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Candido Piedra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samuel Abel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 97 minutes into the match, Altermundi FC's goalkeeper Candido Piedra had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samuel Abel. The Altermundi FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Inter de Chillán's performance. The match ended with a win for Inter de Chillán.
