Ni Zhen Feng spun around in front of the goal 67 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Inter de Chillán's goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Samuel Abel in the 72nd minute of play forced Baez FC's goalkeeper Horacio Jesus Carvallo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 80 minutes, Salvador Mateluna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Inter de Chillán and the Baez FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
