The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ye Wei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Colle in the 3rd minute of play. The supporters of FSX UNITED booed when PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Manuel Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernardo Colle blasted a shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ye Wei having to make a save. Ye Wei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Colle in the 17th minute of play. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Guntademaro Macera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC from getting a goal against them. Svend Betz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Guntademaro Macera made a huge save. Svend Betz took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guntademaro Macera. Guntademaro Macera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Ye Wei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Colle, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 31st minute, FSX UNITED's Svend Betz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Guntademaro Macera. Guntademaro Macera yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svend Betz in the 36th minute of play forced PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's goalkeeper Guntademaro Macera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FSX UNITED's Svend Betz managed to work through PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Svend Betz dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. A collision led to FSX UNITED getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Aldo Benvenuto hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Martin Viñe was substituted for Bernardo Colle. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Martin Viñe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC's Guntademaro Macera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomas Cochrane in the 88th minute of play. The supporters of PELOTEROS 8°B 2003 FC booed when FSX UNITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zebastian Spets didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 94th minute Marcelo Salas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guntademaro Macera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led FSX UNITED's Karl-Åke Kvist to fire away a dangerous shot which Guntademaro Macera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Guntademaro Macera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thomas Cochrane, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. FSX UNITED's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
