Friggle FC's Arturo Boruc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Friggle FC from getting a goal against them. Şeray Rauf didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dale Cummings went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. After 17 minutes of play, The Last Airbender's Yavuzalp Mesut made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arturo Boruc was left in no man's land by his defense there! Friggle FC's Dale Cummings got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Last Airbender's Şeray Rauf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dale Cummings in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute of the match Friggle FC got a corner. The Last Airbender's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rex Jackson ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Friggle FC's corner Urban Ekström fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Şeray Rauf quite easily take care of the ball. In the 27th match minute, Friggle FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by German Nieto to maneuver through the defense. In the 28th minute of the match, Yavuzalp Mesut tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arturo Boruc saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 29th minute, German Nieto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, The Last Airbender's Arturo Boruc threw himself towards the right post 31 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ferman Sıraç, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 34 minutes into the match, Friggle FC's goalkeeper Arturo Boruc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yavuzalp Mesut. Arturo Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yavuzalp Mesut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the game, Friggle FC's Dale Cummings nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Şeray Rauf made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Friggle FC's Urban Ekström quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Özdemir Yalçın, made in the 42nd minute of the game. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yavuzalp Mesut stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Friggle FC's Dale Cummings sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Şeray Rauf narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Şeray Rauf had great luck who in the 53rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Dale Cummings from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 55 minutes into the match, The Last Airbender's Yavuzalp Mesut sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Arturo Boruc narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 57 minutes into the match, The Last Airbender's goalkeeper Şeray Rauf had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dale Cummings. Şeray Rauf didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dale Cummings went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. In the 61st minute Urban Ekström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şeray Rauf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Friggle FC's Urban Ekström got a free kick in the 66th minute. Friggle FC's Robert Voltri was substituted for Dale Cummings. A collision led to Friggle FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Urban Ekström hit a great ball. German Nieto made in the 69th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by The Last Airbender's Ahmet Bülent Uluçkan. Yavuzalp Mesut's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arturo Boruc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Friggle FC's Arturo Boruc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yavuzalp Mesut in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute Yavuzalp Mesut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şeray Rauf made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Robert Voltri sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute, Friggle FC's Robert Voltri dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. In the 87th match minute, The Last Airbender was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Özdemir Yalçın to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in The Last Airbender's zone, Robert Voltri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Şeray Rauf came out of the goal and Robert Voltri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Friggle FC booed when The Last Airbender was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Özdemir Yalçın didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Robert Voltri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Friggle FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Robert Voltri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Friggle FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
