When Herbert Szkarpiak fell near the penalty area in the 14th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Miastostumostuf™'s protests and gave Herbert Szkarpiak a yellow card for diving instead. Miastostumostuf™'s Darwin Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Szymon Konieczny showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dale Cummings, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. If Darwin Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darwin Torres in the 29th minute of play forced Friggle FC's goalkeeper Arturo Boruc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arturo Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darwin Torres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Miastostumostuf™ getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Norbert Hatman hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Dale Cummings made a precise shot to the right of Szymon Konieczny. Miastostumostuf™'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Darwin Torres who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Arturo Boruc when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some careless play in the Friggle FC defense, Darwin Torres kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arturo Boruc. The Friggle FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arturo Boruc should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Dale Cummings's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Szymon Konieczny was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. 45 minutes into the game, Andrea Cameli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Friggle FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miastostumostuf™ the free kick. Fryderyk Kiesa's late challenge caught a Friggle FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fryderyk Kiesa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 61st match minute, Miastostumostuf™ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fryderyk Kiesa to maneuver through the defense. Friggle FC's German Nieto was substituted for Matthijs Waidijk. After 62 played minutes Miastostumostuf™ got a freekick which was hit by Fryderyk Kiesa. The throw-in from Andrea Cameli in the 69th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Miastostumostuf™'s Norbert Hatman. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Voltri got free with Szymon Konieczny in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Friggle FC were awarded a corner in the 76th minute after Miastostumostuf™'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Rex Jackson took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Rex Jackson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Szymon Konieczny quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Robert Voltri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Friggle FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Robert Voltri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Szymon Konieczny breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 92nd minute of the match, Robert Voltri got a very nice opportunity to score, but Szymon Konieczny was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Miastostumostuf™'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
