Nicolas Neto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrew Carrillos, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Andrew Carrillos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Through an outstanding action, after 10 minutes, Nicolas Neto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 11th minute Lucas Zarco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kryspin Dembkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bento Azenha made in the 12th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Salvador Poças however managed to control. Andrew Carrillos's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicolas Neto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. In the 22ndth minute of the game Andrew Carrillos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Luzim's Nicolas Neto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 24th match minute, SC Luzim was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Caetano Cruz to maneuver through the defense. Nicolas Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walter Van Mechelen in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute, Renato Ferrão made a precise shot to the right of Kryspin Dembkowski. Victoria Mlawa's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. 44 minutes into the match, Victoria Mlawa's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Albuquerque came free, but Kryspin Dembkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half SC Luzim were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Lucas Zarco made the kick off in the second half. SC Luzim's Nicolas Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrew Carrillos in the 51st minute of play. In the 54th minute Victoria Mlawa were awarded a corner. Walter Van Mechelen went to the cornerflag to take it. When Victoria Mlawa's Walter Van Mechelen in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye SC Luzim's goalie prevented a goal. Nicolas Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrew Carrillos in the 58th minute of play. Victoria Mlawa's Bartholemew Quigley was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Nicolas Neto in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 66th minute, Andrew Carrillos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nicolas Neto was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 68 minutes into the match, Victoria Mlawa's goalkeeper Kryspin Dembkowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Renato Ferrão. Nicolas Neto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrew Carrillos in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Poças in the 76th minute of play forced Victoria Mlawa's goalkeeper Kryspin Dembkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Walter Van Mechelen came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Victoria Mlawa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Walter Van Mechelen couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute Salvador Poças shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kryspin Dembkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Walter Van Mechelen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
