Dagoberto Dracena started the match with the kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Trindade Atlético Club's Dagoberto Dracena sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Betão de Amaral narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Betão de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dragoş Vâtcu in the 6th minute of play. Vintilă Ungur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Betão de Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 9 minutes into the game, Trindade Atlético Club's Dagoberto Dracena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Betão de Amaral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Dragoş Vâtcu might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Betão de Amaral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dragoş Vâtcu ran back to his position shaking his head. Betão de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Dracena in the 18th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Perivaldo de Queiroz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Dagoberto Dracena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Betão de Amaral came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Trindade Atlético Club's Dagoberto Dracena. But to his dismay, Dagoberto Dracena quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Dagoberto Dracena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Betão de Amaral read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Betão de Amaral stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dagoberto Dracena's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After 34 minutes of play, Trindade Atlético Club's Dagoberto Dracena made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Betão de Amaral was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to S.E. Cachoeirinha getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Perivaldo de Queiroz hit a great ball. Betão de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dagoberto Dracena in the 45th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dorival Veloso to strike the kick off in the second half. Ruperto Emenon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. In the 58th match minute, Trindade Atlético Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodoro Vaz to maneuver through the defense. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind S.E. Cachoeirinha's goalkeeper Betão de Amaral, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elder Luz in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tiaguinho Correia saved Trindade Atlético Club from getting behind. Betão de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dagoberto Dracena in the 64th minute of the match. S.E. Cachoeirinha's defense didn't have a chance, in the 66th minute, when Dagoberto Dracena scored to the left of an out of position Betão de Amaral, making the score, 0-6. Trindade Atlético Club's Enio Koehler was substituted for 于竞思. Trindade Atlético Club's Róbson Couto was substituted for Dagoberto Dracena. A collision led to S.E. Cachoeirinha getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Perivaldo de Queiroz hit a great ball. After 74 played minutes Trindade Atlético Club got a freekick which was hit by Vintilă Ungur. After a defensive mix-up in S.E. Cachoeirinha's zone, Róbson Couto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Betão de Amaral came out of the goal and Róbson Couto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Trindade Atlético Club booed when S.E. Cachoeirinha was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Perivaldo de Queiroz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Betão de Amaral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbson Couto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 85 played minutes Róbson Couto rounded S.E. Cachoeirinha's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-8. 89 minutes into the match, S.E. Cachoeirinha's goal looked a bit too open when Róbson Couto came free, but Betão de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Róbson Couto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Betão de Amaral was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Trindade Atlético Club's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
