Billy Dowdall's late challenge caught a Noia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Billy Dowdall helped the player get up and apologised. Silviu Miclea recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 played minutes Noia got a freekick which was hit by Falcão Peres. Noia's Geovani Velloso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Sobis in the 13th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Norberto Villegas in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nilson do Vale saved Bandelocos from getting behind. In the 17th minute, Noia's Norberto Villegas ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nilson do Vale. Nilson do Vale yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 21 minutes into the match, Noia's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Sobis came free, but Geovani Velloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Silviu Miclea got free with Nilson do Vale in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silviu Miclea in the 29th minute of play forced Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Luiz Guilherme Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Villegas in the 35th minute of play forced Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute Silviu Miclea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nilson do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nilson do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Norberto Villegas in the 43rd minute of the match.

In the 51st minute the ball was on its way in behind Bandelocos's goalkeeper Nilson do Vale, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 56th minute, Daniel Brasil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 62 minutes into the match, Durvalino Toscano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nilson do Vale. Bandelocos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Durvalino Toscano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Daniel Brasil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rafael Sobis kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Albertinho Campidelis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nilson do Vale was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. 75 minutes into the match, Bandelocos's goal looked a bit too open when Silviu Miclea came free, but Nilson do Vale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geovani Velloso made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Daniel Brasil sent off a good shot on target. Rafael Sobis blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Geovani Velloso having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Geovani Velloso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Noia fans cheered their team off the field, for while Bandelocos had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
