With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giovanni Custódio in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ismael Nazario Serre saved Papunhas EC from getting behind. In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Papunhas EC's goalkeeper Ismael Nazario Serre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Valdemar de Moraes was the one to do the kick off. Ismael Nazario Serre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giovanni Custódio in the 51st minute of play. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raimundo Bittencourt kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Dagoberto Veiga acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 92nd minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marcel Pinho. Thiago Pinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ismael Nazario Serre. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Thiago Pinho ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The SE Tijolo 6 Furos fans cheered their team off the field, for while Papunhas EC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
