Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Walmir Pombal started the match with the kick off. Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulrico Herzog in the 9th minute of play. Reko Nybacka showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimmy Örtendal, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Walmir Pombal in the 15th minute of play forced Matanza and Steelers's goalkeeper Renan Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Tello in the 17th minute of play. Reko Nybacka came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Matanza and Steelers's Leysus Oktavianus. But to his dismay, Leysus Oktavianus quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Reko Nybacka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulrico Herzog in the 22nd minute of play. Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimmy Örtendal in the 27th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Catugi FC's Fabiano Maranhense slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Renan Mendes. That made the score 1-1 after 31 minutes of play. Reko Nybacka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimmy Örtendal in the 35th minute of play. Matanza and Steelers were awarded a corner in the 36th minute after Catugi FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jimmy Örtendal took the corner. After taking down the ball on Matanza and Steelers's corner Jimmy Örtendal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Reko Nybacka quite easily take care of the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Catugi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ulrico Herzog came free, but Reko Nybacka reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Catugi FC defense, Ulrico Herzog kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Reko Nybacka. The Catugi FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Reko Nybacka should have stopped the shot. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Leysus Oktavianus managed to get in a good position for a shot. Matanza and Steelers's supporters rose to their feet, but Leysus Oktavianus was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reko Nybacka breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulrico Herzog to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka got control of the ball when Ulrico Herzog tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Lucas in the 60th minute of play forced Catugi FC's goalkeeper Reko Nybacka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabiano Maranhense's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Renan Mendes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Reko Nybacka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aaron Tello in the 64th minute. Reko Nybacka made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Aaron Tello sent off a good shot on target. 66 minutes into the match, Matanza and Steelers's goal looked a bit too open when Walmir Pombal came free, but Renan Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Renan Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walmir Pombal in the 66th minute of play. With a little luck, Catugi FC's Reko Nybacka got control of the ball when Ulrico Herzog tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Matanza and Steelers's Leysus Oktavianus in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Catugi FC's goalie prevented a goal. César Lucas charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed César Lucas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 84 played minutes Matanza and Steelers got a freekick which was hit by César Lucas. Jaime França hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The Catugi FC fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Catugi FC's Fabiano Maranhense looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Reko Nybacka was a little too slow when Leysus Oktavianus got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 96th minute. The score was now 2-4. The Matanza and Steelers supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Matanza and Steelers would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
