The audience thought a goal was coming when Pan Zhen Fan got free with Stefan Neubrandt in the 9th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Atlético São Sebastião's goalkeeper Qu Feng Bin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Augusto Alves in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Qu Feng Bin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 22nd minute Alan Tavares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Qu Feng Bin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 minutes Atlético São Sebastião's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Michel Netto who took care of the corner kick. 25 minutes into the match, Internazionale-RS's goal looked a bit too open when Godofredo Cebo came free, but Stefan Neubrandt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 60thth minute of the game Alan Tavares who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético São Sebastião's Qu Feng Bin was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Stefan Neubrandt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Augusto Alves in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Internazionale-RS's Oskars Nīkulis was substituted for Caco Borges. Qu Feng Bin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alan Tavares in the 71st minute of play. The corner ended in Michel Netto almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Atlético São Sebastião's Qu Feng Bin did a great save. After some careless play in the Internazionale-RS defense, Godofredo Cebo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stefan Neubrandt. The Internazionale-RS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stefan Neubrandt should have stopped the shot. Pedro Augusto Alves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 79th minute of the match, but Qu Feng Bin made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Internazionale-RS's Oskars Nīkulis got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Alan Tavares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Augusto Alves in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Qu Feng Bin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 93rd minute Godofredo Cebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stefan Neubrandt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Augusto Alvess short, quick shot in the 94thth minute got Qu Feng Bin to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Atlético São Sebastião's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
