Doni das Neves made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Pedro Augusto Alves sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute of the match Internazionale-RS got a corner. TEIXEIRINHA FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dany-Adams De Scheper ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Dany-Adams De Scheper got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Doni das Neves quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anderson Vaz in the 23rd minute of play forced Internazionale-RS's goalkeeper Stefan Neubrandt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedro Augusto Alves's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Doni das Neves read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Rogelio Lynch's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Doni das Neves was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Doni das Neves didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Augusto Alves went, in the 33rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Augusto Alves in the 37th minute of play forced TEIXEIRINHA FC's goalkeeper Doni das Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stefan Neubrandt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Finsberg in the 41st minute of the match. Doni das Neves was out of position in the 43 minute of play, and Rogelio Lynch capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rogelio Lynch really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0.

When the match had gone on for 50 minutes, Pedro Augusto Alves put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Doni das Neves. 53 minutes into the game, Pedro Augusto Alves cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Doni das Neves was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 76 played minutes TEIXEIRINHA FC got a freekick which was hit by João de Salles. In the 78th minute Internazionale-RS were awarded a corner. Dany-Adams De Scheper went to the cornerflag to take it. Internazionale-RS's Batiste Carrez was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Doni das Neves in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 81st minute of the game João de Salles made a throw-in which Gilbert Pochorylo played forward. Pedro Augusto Alves scored 8-0 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doni das Neves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pedro Augusto Alves in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doni das Neves saved TEIXEIRINHA FC from getting behind. With 89 minutes on the clock, Aloísio Arruda commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Aloísio Arruda kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, TEIXEIRINHA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Augusto Alves came free, but Doni das Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The throw-in from Gilbert Pochorylo in the 94th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Internazionale-RS's Carlos Alberto Trigo.
