Giovanni Custódio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Boruc Plaski made a huge save. Giovanni Custódio might have been able to make a better finish in the 16th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Boruc Plaski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Giovanni Custódio ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 18th minute Paulo Renato Prestes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dagoberto Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dagoberto Veiga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário Aparecido in the 20th minute of the match. Giovanni Custódio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Boruc Plaski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leopoldo Azevedo in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dagoberto Veiga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 27 minutes into the match, Giovanni Custódio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Boruc Plaski, 2-0. When Risca Faca IMT's Paulo Renato Prestes in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
