Wei Guang Xing might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Henrique Prata. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wei Guang Xing ran back to his position shaking his head.

Henrique Prata showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Afonso Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. Henrique Prata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wei Guang Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tony Toscano kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Grêmio Bulls eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
