Vingadores F.C U23's Luiz Fábio Dantas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Waldemar Mikulski in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Slawomir Lampe in the 5th minute of play forced Vingadores F.C U23's goalkeeper Juliusz Kaczeniak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10th minute of the match, Bebeto Romário tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Waldemar Mikulski saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Waldemar Mikulski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bebeto Romário in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bebeto Romário in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Juliane Álvarez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Waldemar Mikulski. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bebeto Romário was the one to do the kick off.
