With an extended leg and a bit of luck Behram Sayyad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Perivaldo Eger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Behram Sayyad was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Behram Sayyad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henk Cardinaal, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Gala1905's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zekeriya Denizcan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ferhan Başeskioğlu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 43 minutes had been played. Behram Sayyad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henk Cardinaal, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The Gala1905 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. De Pelgrims were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Perivaldo Eger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Perivaldo Eger made a precise shot to the right of Behram Sayyad. Gala1905's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 61 minutes into the match, Gala1905's goal looked a bit too open when Perivaldo Eger came free, but Behram Sayyad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Behram Sayyad stood somewhat misplaced when Perivaldo Eger came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 63 minute. Gala1905's Behram Sayyad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henk Cardinaal in the 80th minute of play. Zekeriya Denizcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Mike Zoetmulder tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute of the match, Huub Gerrits tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Behram Sayyad saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mathias de Ruijter in the 90th minute of play forced Gala1905's goalkeeper Behram Sayyad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Gala1905's Behram Sayyad got control of the ball when Perivaldo Eger tried to sneak it across the goal line. De Pelgrims's Perivaldo Eger got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to De Pelgrims getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Twan Mol hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. De Pelgrims had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
