In the 3rd match minute, MARINUS MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valdo Guimarães to maneuver through the defense. Evaristo Arósio came out of the goal in the 4th minute to try and stop a shot by Sporting Buceo's Piearres Somiedo. But to his dismay, Piearres Somiedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The audience was convinced that Piearres Somiedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evaristo Arósio was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. If Jefferson Albuquerque had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Sidoro Romeu. If Nardo Tuo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Piearres Somiedo in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Arósio saved MARINUS MZC from getting behind. Piearres Somiedo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Evaristo Arósio skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Gilmar Cuadrillero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Evaristo Arósio made a huge save. Piearres Somiedo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Evaristo Arósio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Piearres Somiedos short, quick shot in the 33rdth minute got Evaristo Arósio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The long shot by Sidoro Romeu in the 34th minute really tested Evaristo Arósio's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Piearres Somiedo in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Evaristo Arósio, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 39th minute, Alex Vianna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Evaristo Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piearres Somiedo in the 41st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in MARINUS MZC's zone, Piearres Somiedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evaristo Arósio came out of the goal and Piearres Somiedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jaizki Colina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Evaristo Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Piearres Somiedo in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Arósio saved MARINUS MZC from getting behind. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Daniel Munhoz was the one to do the kick off. Erroman Delgado hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, MARINUS MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilmar Cuadrillero came free, but Evaristo Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Jaizki Colina notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of MARINUS MZC's Evaristo Arósio. Evaristo Arósio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience was convinced that Piearres Somiedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evaristo Arósio was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Favila Heras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the match had gone on for 69 minutes, Piearres Somiedo put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Evaristo Arósio. When Sporting Buceo's Piearres Somiedo in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MARINUS MZC's goalie prevented a goal. Evaristo Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilmar Cuadrillero, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Evaristo Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaizki Colina in the 78th minute of the match. In the 83rd minute Piearres Somiedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evaristo Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. MARINUS MZC's Evaristo Arósio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piearres Somiedo in the 85th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Piearres Somiedo in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Evaristo Arósio saved MARINUS MZC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, MARINUS MZC's Alex Vianna got a free kick in the 89th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Piearres Somiedo in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evaristo Arósio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of MARINUS MZC booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kismi Tojedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. There was no doubt that Sporting Buceo were the better team. Sporting Buceo's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
