The referee ignored mt93 Tarnów's protests and gave Jerzy Kopacz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to mt93 Tarnów getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Jerzy Kopacz hit a great ball. Beniamin Kensicki struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Remo da Costa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for mt93 Tarnów. Remo da Costa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fryderyk Boruta's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. After 19 played minutes S S Palestra Italia got a freekick which was hit by Rômulo Macedo. Rômulo Macedo charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rômulo Macedo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. S S Palestra Italia's supporters rose to their feet, but César Terra was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leon Armatys breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 35thth minute of the game Fryderyk Boruta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S S Palestra Italia's Remo da Costa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rômulo Macedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Leon Armatys tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fryderyk Boruta couldn't finish the play.
