After a defensive mix-up in Gloria Verdinegra AFC's zone, Alexandre Tepedino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Generoso Sasoin came out of the goal and Alexandre Tepedino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalkeeper Generoso Sasoin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Danial Boon. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Generoso Sasoin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexandre Tepedino in the 42nd minute of play. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Danial Boon scored to the left of an out of position Generoso Sasoin, making the score, 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexandre Tepedino was the one to do the kick off. Generoso Sasoin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
