A collision led to RB Chubut getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Justino Heli hit a great ball. In the 8th minute Alfonso Bikendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Sasoin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Alfonso Bikendi put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Generoso Sasoin. When RB Chubut's Alfonso Bikendi in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gloria Verdinegra AFC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 22nd minute of the match, Alfonso Bikendi tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Generoso Sasoin saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The supporters of Gloria Verdinegra AFC booed when RB Chubut was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Bikendi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Generoso Sasoin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Gloria Verdinegra AFC from getting a goal against them. A sloppy throw-in by Marcial Bide in the 41st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by RB Chubut's Luisito Txordon. Alfonso Bikendi might have been able to make a better finish in the 42nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Generoso Sasoin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alfonso Bikendi ran back to his position shaking his head. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Generoso Sasoin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Bikendi in the 44th minute of play. Alfonso Bikendi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Sasoin having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonardo Pepillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Alfonso Bikendi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RB Chubut's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alfonso Bikendi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Generoso Sasoin came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by RB Chubut's Isaac Mingo. But to his dismay, Isaac Mingo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. RB Chubut's Robert Vassenius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save RB Chubut from getting a goal against them. Generoso Sasoin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fernand Redondo in the 59th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alfonso Bikendi in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Generoso Sasoin saved Gloria Verdinegra AFC from getting behind. In the 61st minute, Marcial Bide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Gloria Verdinegra AFC's Martin Benat got a free kick in the 64th minute. Marcial Bide hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Generoso Sasoin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfonso Bikendi in the 74th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, RB Chubut's Alfonso Bikendi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Generoso Sasoin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. When Alfonso Bikendi came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the RB Chubut fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfonso Bikendi couldn't finish the play. After 84th play minutes Alfonso Bikendi shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Generoso Sasoin and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to Gloria Verdinegra AFC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Samuel Intxixu hit a great ball. Gloria Verdinegra AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
