Pegaso FC's Imran Johnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christopher Bailey in the 8th minute of play. In the 11th minute Juan Raúl Amuchástegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Imran Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute Omar Santo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Imran Johnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan Giraldo made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Andres Pello sent off a good shot on target. Imran Johnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christopher Bailey in the 29th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the match, Forever Tango's goalkeeper Juan Giraldo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Orlando Beti. 35 minutes into the match, Pegaso FC's goal looked a bit too open when Omar Santo came free, but Imran Johnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Santo in the 36th minute of play forced Pegaso FC's goalkeeper Imran Johnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the game, Eamon Snow was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pegaso FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Forever Tango the free kick. Eamon Snow kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Imran Johnsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Kemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Imran Johnsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christopher Bailey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Juan Kemen in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Pegaso FC's Dante Casado. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Omar Santo was the one to do the kick off. 58 minutes into the game, Forever Tango's Christopher Bailey nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Imran Johnsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Pegaso FC made a substitution. Juan Matos replaced Marco Nocedo. In the 62nd minute Juan Matos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Giraldo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Imran Johnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christopher Bailey in the 64th minute of the match. Forever Tango made a substitution. Filomeno Tonio replaced Sixto Gaxan. Pegaso FC made a substitution. Franklin do Nascimento replaced Dante Casado. Forever Tango's Narciso Chap was substituted for Juan Raúl Amuchástegui. The corner ended in Juan Kemen almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Pegaso FC's Imran Johnsson did a great save. Juan Matos took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juan Giraldo. Juan Giraldo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. 78 minutes into the match, Pegaso FC's Franklin do Nascimento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Giraldo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juan Giraldo came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Pegaso FC's Juan Matos. But to his dismay, Juan Matos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. After some careless play in the Forever Tango defense, Andres Pello kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Giraldo. The Forever Tango fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Giraldo should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Pegaso FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Franklin do Nascimento hit a great ball. Juan Giraldo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Matos in the 94th minute of play. Forever Tango's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
