With a couple of smart ball manuevers Juan-Ramón Verón in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Perfecto Mongis saved Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan-Ramón Verón in the 23rd minute of play forced Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's goalkeeper Perfecto Mongis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Olliver Van Meirhaeghe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Perfecto Mongis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Berserkers FC Ψ had played much better football throughout.
