In the 24th minute Andrei Ivan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perfecto Mongis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Perfecto Mongis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andrei Ivan in the 26th minute of play. After 26 played minutes Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Froilan Leoncio. Perfecto Mongis made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Fernando Barreiros sent off a good shot on target. In the 30th minute, Tomás Romo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RED DEVIL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 33rd minute, Fernando Barreiros made a precise shot to the right of Perfecto Mongis. Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Perfecto Mongis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrei Ivan's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Fernando Barreiros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jerônimo Martins fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's protests and gave Jerônimo Martins a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 88 minutes into the game, when Abel Maldonado put in a rough tackle. Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ:s Perfecto Mongis showed great skill when he stopped Tomás Romo:s penalty. RED DEVIL were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Haroldo Baldovino took the corner. Ruben Ubarna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the RED DEVIL players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
