In the 11th match minute, Oylimpiamos Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oğuzhan Fişek to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Guaberto Inautzi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Koen Rijmenams came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Inautzi in the 12th minute of play forced Oylimpiamos Ψ's goalkeeper Koen Rijmenams to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Everardo Milian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Koen Rijmenams saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jem Jajecznica in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Koen Rijmenams saved Oylimpiamos Ψ from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Oylimpiamos Ψ's Fortun Corrillos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcelo Gagriel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Koen Rijmenams showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jem Jajecznica in the 21st minute of the match. Koen Rijmenams made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Milian in the 23rd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goalkeeper Marcelo Gagriel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fortun Corrillos. 30 minutes into the match, Oylimpiamos Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Everardo Milian came free, but Koen Rijmenams reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Guaberto Inautzi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alvaro Cordarrol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Koen Rijmenams tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 played minutes Oylimpiamos Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Selatse Cantillo. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ made a substitution. Karl-Ove Sörman replaced Jem Jajecznica. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Moises Normando was substituted for Kian Serafini. Selatse Cantillo hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Ove Sörman was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Guaberto Inautzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Koen Rijmenams made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 59th minute Robustiano Peruanton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelo Gagriel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 60 minutes into the match, Oylimpiamos Ψ's goalkeeper Koen Rijmenams had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Karl-Ove Sörman. With a little luck, Oylimpiamos Ψ's Koen Rijmenams got control of the ball when Alvaro Cordarrol tried to sneak it across the goal line. Koen Rijmenams showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Ove Sörman, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 68th minute, Moises Normando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moises Normando hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. In the 70th minute of the match Rik Quexada sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Marcelo Gagriel skillfully saved the ball. Koen Rijmenams made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Karl-Ove Sörman sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th play minute Karl-Ove Sörman came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Koen Rijmenams. 0-2. Oylimpiamos Ψ made a substitution. Gregory Neila replaced Robustiano Peruanton. Koen Rijmenams stood somewhat misplaced when Karl-Ove Sörman came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 83 minute. After some careless play in the Oylimpiamos Ψ defense, Everardo Milian kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Koen Rijmenams. The Oylimpiamos Ψ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Koen Rijmenams should have stopped the shot. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
