The C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ fans' excitement grew in the 33rd match minute when C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Basilio Calvino looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 38 played minutes Moscovi Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Prudencio Niva. After a defensive mix-up in Moscovi Ψ's zone, Basilio Calvino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aurelio Llorenc came out of the goal and Basilio Calvino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Arnoldo Garin during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th minute, Aristides Lano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

In the 95th minute of the match C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ got a corner. Moscovi Ψ's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tiburcio Odon ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's corner Tiburcio Odon fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Aurelio Llorenc quite easily take care of the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
