The shot was a little too simple and Mauricio Maura could save by the left post. When Leonardo Astigar fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's protests and gave Leonardo Astigar a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Leonardo Astigar got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 27th minute, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Jorge Cai ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mauricio Maura. Mauricio Maura yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. Silvio Benino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicanor Fero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Paulo Argi hit a great ball. Luisito Medero kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Mauricio Maura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Asier in the 41st minute of play. After a rather tough play, ZORZAL01's Arsenio Maldonado got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Leonardo Astigar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauricio Maura having to interfere.

The wind increased when Nicanor Fero made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Arnoldo Garin hit a great ball. When Apolo Dalmau fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ZORZAL01's protests and gave Apolo Dalmau a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ booed when ZORZAL01 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Dalmau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mauricio Maura stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tadeo Asier's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. In the 55th match minute, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Cai to maneuver through the defense. Mauricio Maura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Cai in the 65th minute of the match. If Jorge Cai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's Tomas Gabirel got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mauricio Maura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Astigar in the 78th minute of play. ZORZAL01's Mauricio Maura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Gabirel in the 85th minute of play. After 87 played minutes C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Astigar. A collision led to C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Aristides Lano hit a great ball. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
