Tomas Gabirel might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Generoso Nabar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Gabirel ran back to his position shaking his head. Generoso Nabar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tadeo Asier's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. After 4 played minutes C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ got a freekick which was hit by Eleuterio Micael. 6 minutes into the match, C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Arnulfo Mikelar came free, but Silvio Benino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the game, Leonardo Astigar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Generoso Nabar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Generoso Nabar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tadeo Asier in the 23rd minute of play. Geronimo Federigo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 37th minute, Tadeo Asier left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Generoso Nabar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tadeo Asier, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 46th match minute, La Mazorca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geronimo Federigo to maneuver through the defense. 47 minutes into the match, La Mazorca's goal looked a bit too open when Arnoldo Garin came free, but Generoso Nabar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tadeo Asier to strike the kick off in the second half. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after La Mazorca's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Arnoldo Garin took the corner. In the 59th minute Tadeo Asier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Nabar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonardo Astigar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Generoso Nabar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonardo Astigars short, quick shot in the 62ndth minute got Generoso Nabar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Tadeo Asier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Generoso Nabar made a huge save. Generoso Nabar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jorge Cai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the match, La Mazorca's goal looked a bit too open when Leonardo Astigar came free, but Generoso Nabar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Generoso Nabar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Gabirel in the 75th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Asier in the 77th minute of play forced La Mazorca's goalkeeper Generoso Nabar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, La Mazorca's Generoso Nabar got control of the ball when Leonardo Astigar tried to sneak it across the goal line. From close distance Tadeo Asier pressed in the 0-6 goal high up into nets stiches in the right cross 80 minutes into the game. Tadeo Asier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Generoso Nabar made a huge save. Vicente Roldan hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. 87 minutes into the match, La Mazorca's goalkeeper Generoso Nabar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tadeo Asier. The crowd rose to their feet as Ermegildo Froylan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Generoso Nabar. That made the score 0-7 in the 88 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeo Asier in the 91st minute of play forced La Mazorca's goalkeeper Generoso Nabar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Tadeo Asier took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Generoso Nabar to make any attempt to save it. Generoso Nabar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Cai in the 98th minute of the match. C.A.Ituzaingo Ψ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
