In the 7th match minute, ZORZAL01 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Maldonado to maneuver through the defense. ZORZAL01's Paolo Gotzon got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Nardo in the 15th minute of play forced Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's goalkeeper Santiago Txomin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paolo Gotzon struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Santiago Txomin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ZORZAL01. Higinio Polo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolae Graur in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Laureano Abar made a precise shot to the right of Higinio Polo. ZORZAL01's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. ZORZAL01's Higinio Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Cordairo in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of ZORZAL01 booed when Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laureano Abar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgardo Nardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paolo Gotzon got free with Santiago Txomin in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nicanor Fero to strike the kick off in the second half. ZORZAL01's Edgardo Nardo got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ZORZAL01's Paolo Gotzon got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santiago Txomin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paolo Gotzon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicanor Fero might have been able to make a better finish in the 74th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santiago Txomin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nicanor Fero ran back to his position shaking his head. Santiago Txomin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgardo Nardo went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. In the 77th match minute, Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Gil to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's zone, Paolo Gotzon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santiago Txomin came out of the goal and Paolo Gotzon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nicanor Fero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santiago Txomin having to interfere. Paolo Gotzon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ψ MΞRTIAN FC Ψ's Santiago Txomin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Gotzon in the 84th minute of play. Santiago Txomin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paolo Gotzon in the 85th minute of the match. In the 87th minute Paolo Gotzon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Txomin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 95 minutes of play, ZORZAL01's Paolo Gotzon made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Santiago Txomin was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ZORZAL01 had played much better football throughout.
