Ermegildo Jerrald received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Generoso Nabar came out and tried to block the shot, but Ermegildo Jerrald slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 9th minute. Geronimo Federigo hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. A collision led to La Mazorca getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Arnaldo Luken hit a great ball. With a little luck, La Mazorca's Generoso Nabar got control of the ball when Ciriaco Cayo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of La Mazorca booed when RED DEVIL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Hug didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th match minute, La Mazorca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arnaldo Luken to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, RED DEVIL's Edgardo Bertran ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Generoso Nabar. Generoso Nabar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 37 minutes into the match, Justino Matteo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Generoso Nabar. La Mazorca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justino Matteo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Justino Matteo took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Generoso Nabar to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to La Mazorca getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Arnaldo Luken hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edgardo Bertran made a kick off. La Mazorca's Generoso Nabar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Bertran in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th match minute, La Mazorca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos Hever to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the match, La Mazorca's goal looked a bit too open when Ciriaco Cayo came free, but Generoso Nabar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Justino Hug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Nabar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciriaco Cayo's late challenge caught a La Mazorca's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ciriaco Cayo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to RED DEVIL getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ciriaco Cayo hit a great ball. In the 68th minute, Ermegildo Jerrald left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RED DEVIL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. RED DEVIL made a substitution. Esteve Urbez replaced Ciriaco Cayo. After 74 minutes La Mazorca's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Javier Umea who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Javier Umea almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but La Mazorca's Generoso Nabar did a great save. Geronimo Federigo was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 79th minute, one of La Mazorca:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for La Mazorca. In the 81st minute there was a penalty for RED DEVIL. Javier Umea stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Generoso Nabar. 9-0. Generoso Nabar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Jerrald, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that RED DEVIL were the better team. RED DEVIL's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
