Gualterio Fonso came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by ZORZAL01's Nicanor Fero. But to his dismay, Nicanor Fero quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Higinio Polo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Mikelar in the 8th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Mikelar got free with Higinio Polo in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gualterio Fonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Maldonado in the 14th minute of play. Nicanor Fero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gualterio Fonso having to make a save. In the 19th minute Edgardo Nardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Fonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gualterio Fonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Maldonado in the 21st minute of play. El Ridiculo Football Club's Gualterio Fonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edgardo Nardo in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Arsenio Maldonado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ZORZAL01 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Gualterio Fonso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Fero in the 26th minute of the match. The ZORZAL01 fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when ZORZAL01's Edgardo Nardo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 33 minutes into the match, El Ridiculo Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Fero came free, but Gualterio Fonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 34th minute, Arsenio Maldonado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ZORZAL01 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 38 minutes into the game, Paolo Gotzon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Gualterio Fonso was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Nardo in the 42nd minute of play forced El Ridiculo Football Club's goalkeeper Gualterio Fonso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gualterio Fonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Maldonado in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicanor Fero stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. El Ridiculo Football Club's Gualterio Fonso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Fero in the 53rd minute of play. After some careless play in the El Ridiculo Football Club defense, Edgardo Nardo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gualterio Fonso. The El Ridiculo Football Club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gualterio Fonso should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute Nicanor Fero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Fonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gualterio Fonso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arsenio Maldonado in the 61st minute of play. In the 63rd minute Edgardo Nardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gualterio Fonso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, ZORZAL01's Edgardo Nardo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gualterio Fonso. Gualterio Fonso yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Paolo Gotzon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the match, ZORZAL01's Paolo Gotzon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gualterio Fonso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 81 minutes into the match, El Ridiculo Football Club's goal looked a bit too open when Arsenio Maldonado came free, but Gualterio Fonso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. El Ridiculo Football Club's Gualterio Fonso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save El Ridiculo Football Club from getting a goal against them. After 83 minutes of play, ZORZAL01's Paolo Gotzon made it 0-8 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gualterio Fonso was left in no man's land by his defense there! 90 minutes into the match, El Ridiculo Football Club's goalkeeper Gualterio Fonso had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgardo Nardo. ZORZAL01's Julian Iratzeder shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 93rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gualterio Fonso but with some difficulty. The supporters of ZORZAL01 booed when El Ridiculo Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Resto didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded ZORZAL01 left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than El Ridiculo Football Club.
