After a rather tough play, La Mazorca's Ciriaco Lehoi got a free kick in the 2nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arturo Cordeiro got free with Melquiades Mano in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Melquiades Mano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Juan Bittor in the 4th minute. Melquiades Mano made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Juan Bittor sent off a good shot on target. Melquiades Mano made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Arturo Cordeiro sent off a good shot on target. An unexpected shot in the 9th minute by Gerard Way got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uriel Lauren in the 14th minute of play forced La Mazorca's goalkeeper Melquiades Mano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Gerard Way managed to get in a good position for a shot. Howling Dawn U18's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerard Way was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Melquiades Mano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 25 minutes into the match, Juan Bittor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Melquiades Mano. La Mazorca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juan Bittor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Gerard Way sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 32 minutes, Elias Mergildo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Howling Dawn U18's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elias Mergildo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, La Mazorca's Melquiades Mano got control of the ball when Juan Bittor tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 39th minute, Howling Dawn U18's Gerard Way dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Howling Dawn U18's Juan Bittor slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Melquiades Mano. That made the score 5-0 after 48 minutes of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arturo Cordeiro to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Gerard Way made a precise shot to the right of Melquiades Mano. La Mazorca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Melquiades Mano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Cordeiro in the 57th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Gerard Way cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-0. Melquiades Mano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Elias Mergildo might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Mano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elias Mergildo ran back to his position shaking his head. Melquiades Mano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arturo Cordeiro in the 68th minute of play. Arturo Cordeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 70 minutes into the match, La Mazorca's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Cordeiro came free, but Melquiades Mano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romulo Palos in the 72nd minute of play forced La Mazorca's goalkeeper Melquiades Mano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melquiades Mano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Bittor in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, La Mazorca's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Cordeiro came free, but Melquiades Mano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 80 minutes of play, Howling Dawn U18's Juan Bittor made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Melquiades Mano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Howling Dawn U18 made a substitution. Astor Manilan replaced Juan Bittor. Howling Dawn U18's Scott Weiland was substituted for Arturo Cordeiro. Baltasar Walme scored 9-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Melquiades Mano, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the La Mazorca defense, Baltasar Walme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Melquiades Mano. The La Mazorca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Melquiades Mano should have stopped the shot. Baltasar Walme might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Melquiades Mano. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baltasar Walme ran back to his position shaking his head. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Scott Weiland put it in 11-0 from a short distance just to the right of Melquiades Mano. Howling Dawn U18 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
