An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Pelagius in the 4th minute of play forced Celtic FC's goalkeeper Robustiano Eyague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 6 played minutes La Mazorca got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Lore. If Filiberto Phelipe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Evaristo Cidro kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. In the 12th minute, Celtic FC's Luisito Olo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Marcos Hever kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Amado Arce made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luisito Olo in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dario Pelagius in the 24th minute of play forced Celtic FC's goalkeeper Robustiano Eyague to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amado Arce took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Phelipe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 played minutes Filiberto Phelipe rounded La Mazorca's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. In the 34th play minute Luisito Olo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Amado Arce. 3-0. Luisito Olo succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 4-0 in the 38th playminute. If Vicente Roldan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Malvin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 71st minute, La Mazorca's Evaristo Cidro seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Evaristo Cidro the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of La Mazorca protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Evaristo Cidro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for La Mazorca! In the 76th minute, Marcos Hever got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Celtic FC's Robustiano Eyague proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 88th minute of the match, managed to save Celtic FC from getting a goal against them. Robustiano Eyague made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcos Hever in the 89th minute. A collision led to Celtic FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Filiberto Phelipe hit a great ball. Amado Arce made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan Malvin in the 98th minute of play.
