With his leg Ricardo Distiratsu managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when DeportivoIndependienteMDP's Danilo Ramos fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 9 minutes into the match, Danilo Ramos notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Moscovi Ψ's Ricardo Distiratsu. Ricardo Distiratsu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 18 minutes into the match, DeportivoIndependienteMDP's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Lopes came free, but Silvano Abel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Moscovi Ψ's Aristides Terciero got a free kick in the 21st minute. Ricardo Distiratsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aquilino Rey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hilario Goyo hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Danilo Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ricardo Distiratsu having to interfere. Silvano Abel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Igor Lopes went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Aquilino Rey blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Distiratsu having to make a save. With a little luck, Moscovi Ψ's Ricardo Distiratsu got control of the ball when Danilo Ramos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ricardo Distiratsu came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by DeportivoIndependienteMDP's Danilo Ramos. But to his dismay, Danilo Ramos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Remigio Lehen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Aquilino Rey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DeportivoIndependienteMDP's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aquilino Rey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Aquilino Rey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute, Aquilino Rey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Aquilino Rey had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Danilo Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to DeportivoIndependienteMDP getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Aquilino Rey hit a great ball. In the 73rd minute, DeportivoIndependienteMDP's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Remigio Lehen fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Danilo Ramos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Moscovi Ψ's Hilario Goyo suffered a concussion after 89 minutes and had to leave the field. When Dante Ramos fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DeportivoIndependienteMDP's protests and gave Dante Ramos a yellow card for diving instead. Moscovi Ψ made a substitution. Romulo Inko replaced Hilario Goyo. After 91 played minutes DeportivoIndependienteMDP got a freekick which was hit by Dante Ramos. 93 minutes into the match, DeportivoIndependienteMDP's goal looked a bit too open when Fabio Playo came free, but Silvano Abel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The DeportivoIndependienteMDP supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Moscovi Ψ's performance. The match ended with a win for Moscovi Ψ.
