Yelle Van Damme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zekeriya Özbekkan in the 20th minute of play. Ahmet Harun Karasu scored 0-3 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yelle Van Damme, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 25 minutes into the match, SK Gullegem's goal looked a bit too open when Zekeriya Özbekkan came free, but Yelle Van Damme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the match, Real Trabzon Sk's goal looked a bit too open when Fabien Frederickx came free, but Görkem Büyükada reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 28 minutes into the match, SK Gullegem's goal looked a bit too open when Eddie Murphy came free, but Yelle Van Damme reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The corner ended in Zekeriya Özbekkan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SK Gullegem's Yelle Van Damme did a great save. Yelle Van Damme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demircan Sabir in the 31st minute of the match. Fabien Frederickx succeeded in the game's 33rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-3. Yelle Van Damme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from İlkan Barlas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dean Rijniers recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raf De Winter kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Yelle Van Damme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zekeriya Özbekkan in the 42nd minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabien Frederickx made a kick off. After 53 played minutes SK Gullegem got a freekick which was hit by Gerrit Quintens. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zekeriya Özbekkan got free with Yelle Van Damme in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th minute, Real Trabzon Sk's Zekeriya Özbekkan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-4. In the 64th minute SK Gullegem were awarded a corner. Gerrit Quintens went to the cornerflag to take it. Yelle Van Damme showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orhan Veli Tankut in the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th minute Real Trabzon Sk were awarded a corner. Zekeriya Özbekkan went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Zekeriya Özbekkan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yelle Van Damme quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 71st minute, Eddie Murphy made a precise shot to the right of Yelle Van Damme. SK Gullegem's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-5. In the 74th minute Raf De Winter shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Görkem Büyükada saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Real Trabzon Sk booed when SK Gullegem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gerrit Quintens didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 79th minute Eddie Murphy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yelle Van Damme saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dean Rijniers's late challenge caught a Real Trabzon Sk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dean Rijniers helped the player get up and apologised. Dean Rijniers hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Zekeriya Özbekkan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Yelle Van Damme. SK Gullegem's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Yelle Van Damme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zekeriya Özbekkan in the 82nd minute. After 84 played minutes, SK Gullegem's Gerrit Quintens shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Görkem Büyükada came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SK Gullegem reached it. After 89 played minutes SK Gullegem got a freekick which was hit by Raf De Winter. The SK Gullegem fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Real Trabzon Sk were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
