Mădălin Cangeopol's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mansour Buffon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. After 12 minutes Juventus FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mugur Cenușă who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Juventus FC's goalie and right to Heintje Gamarra. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Juventus FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Mădălin Cangeopol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Mansour Buffon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sabino Marrero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Mădălin Cangeopol in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolando Arenas got free with Panait Hațegan in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mădălin Cangeopol in the 41st minute of play forced Juventus FC's goalkeeper Mansour Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sabino Marrero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Panait Hațegan came out and tried to block the shot, but Sabino Marrero slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mădălin Cangeopol to strike the kick off in the second half. Alper Benli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 53rd minute Mădălin Cangeopol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mansour Buffon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Alper Benli had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Panait Hațegan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Macias Pantoja in the 59th minute of the match. Wesley Sneijder's late challenge caught a Juventus FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Damaso Ubelteso kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Juventus FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Tractorul Satulung -MM- had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
