Laimutis Majauskas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Laimutis Majauskas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eleuterio Quinteros's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Celestino Flores took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Laimutis Majauskas. Plaschken FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Eleuterio Quinteros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th minute of the match Patricio Gorosti shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Laimutis Majauskas showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Furor FC's Geronimo Niguel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Furor FC from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eleuterio Quinteros was the one to do the kick off. When Felipe Umbruso fell near the penalty area in the 74th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Furor FC's protests and gave Felipe Umbruso a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Furor FC getting a freekick after 74 minutes play.
