Luís Eduardo Garcia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Luís Eduardo Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xinto Carreiras in the 6th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Xinto Carreiras's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Eduardo Garcia was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. Yao Yan Sen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Eduardo Garcia having to interfere. Luís Eduardo Garcia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xinto Carreiras in the 16th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Erivaldo Maia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Máximo Correia was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. 23 minutes into the match, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Xinto Carreiras came free, but Luís Eduardo Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Sporting Buceo were awarded a corner. Segundo Aureo went to the cornerflag to take it. Juan Sartori was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. If Xinto Carreiras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Guadalupe FC - CIMZ getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Jean Velloso hit a great ball. Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's Luís Eduardo Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xinto Carreiras in the 32nd minute of play. In the 33rd minute Sporting Buceo were awarded a corner. Segundo Aureo went to the cornerflag to take it. Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's Luís Eduardo Garcia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oscar Ruggeri in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute Xinto Carreiras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Eduardo Garcia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luís Eduardo Garcia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xinto Carreiras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 minutes Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Segundo Aureo who took care of the corner kick. After 39 played minutes Sporting Buceo got a freekick which was hit by Osorio Esoin. Xinto Carreiras blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Luís Eduardo Garcia having to make a save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

In the 59th minute, Xinto Carreiras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Xinto Carreiras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 81 minutes in the game Jean Velloso did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Erivaldo Maia. Máximo Correia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erivaldo Maia in the 84th minute of the match. Yao Yan Sen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Luís Eduardo Garcia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jean Velloso made in the 87th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by José de Queirós. 88 minutes into the match, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Xinto Carreiras came free, but Luís Eduardo Garcia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 95 minutes of play, Guadalupe FC - CIMZ's Erivaldo Maia made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Máximo Correia was left in no man's land by his defense there! Sporting Buceo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
