The corner was taken by Matthew Wagner in the 5th minute. The corner led PoWer SC 2K5's Matthew Wagner to fire away a dangerous shot which Lars Norberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 10 minutes, Sune Offendahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the spikarna and the PoWer SC 2K5 players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of PoWer SC 2K5 booed when spikarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sune Offendahl didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kaj Hård in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Rotariu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. PoWer SC 2K5's David Rotariu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atakan Pepe in the 18th minute of play. Benny Schweinsteiger hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. A collision led to PoWer SC 2K5 getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Falko Wirtz hit a great ball. In the 26th minute Patrick Middendorf shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lars Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kaj Hård was the one to do the kick off. Lars Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leroy Kluttig, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. David Rotariu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elof Hellsing, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Lars Norberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Middendorf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leroy Kluttig in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lars Norberg saved spikarna from getting behind. The spikarna players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented PoWer SC 2K5 from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
