Cipriano Sauveur could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Ivan Chiuzbaian made a huge save. In the 17th play minute Cipriano Sauveur came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ivan Chiuzbaian. 1-1. Valdis Felbergs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zhao Sen Yang in the 41st minute of the match. George Maradona hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM-'s Zhao Sen Yang got a free kick in the 45th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cipriano Sauveur made a kick off. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Phoenix Baia-Mare -MM- would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
