Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eurico Viana in the 4th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hernan Loramendi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Hernan Loramendi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eurico Viana went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Nonatos United's Richard-Dean Textex played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Phelipe in the 20th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Eurico Viana ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hernan Loramendi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. João Pedro de Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Golosos's goalkeeper Hernan Loramendi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rd minute Nonatos United were awarded a corner. Carlos-Caetano Bledorn Verri went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Nonatos United's Carlos-Caetano Bledorn Verri to fire away a dangerous shot which Hernan Loramendi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 35 minutes into the match, Los Golosos's goal looked a bit too open when Eurico Viana came free, but Hernan Loramendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eurico Viana recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 39th minute, Eurico Viana left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nonatos United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. After a defensive mix-up in Los Golosos's zone, Eurico Viana stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernan Loramendi came out of the goal and Eurico Viana tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When Eurico Viana came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Nonatos United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eurico Viana couldn't finish the play. 61 minutes into the match, Los Golosos's goalkeeper Hernan Loramendi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eurico Viana. When the match clock showed 62 minutes, the score became 0-6 when Eurico Viana sped through Los Golosos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hernan Loramendi. Nonatos United made a substitution. Téo da Silva replaced Eurico Viana. Los Golosos's Hernan Loramendi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Los Golosos from getting a goal against them. Téo da Silvas short, quick shot in the 69thth minute got Hernan Loramendi to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 70th minute, Téo da Silva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hernan Loramendi was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Hernan Loramendi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Téo da Silva showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 75 minute of play. In the 78th minute, Nonatos United's Téo da Silva dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-9. Téo da Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Los Golosos's zone, Téo da Silva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hernan Loramendi came out of the goal and Téo da Silva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A sloppy throw-in by Prospero Cordarrol in the 86th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Nonatos United's João Pedro de Amaral. Los Golosos's Hernan Loramendi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink in the 87th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Los Golosos's Cesar Montrell got a free kick in the 87th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Téo da Silva managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nonatos United's supporters rose to their feet, but Téo da Silva was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hernan Loramendi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Klaas Jan Vennegoor Of Hesselink sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Nonatos United played a much better game than Los Golosos and deserved their victory. The Los Golosos players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
