Luís Gustavo Hermes was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Aaron Giraldo. Aaron Giraldo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 21st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Luís Gustavo Hermes. Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's Nildo Gerber got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Giraldo got free with Luís Gustavo Hermes in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Paulo Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Marquinhos Baiano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chivos the free kick. A collision led to Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Marquinhos Baiano hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Abel Valery fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chivos's protests and gave Abel Valery a yellow card for diving instead. 62 minutes into the match, Aaron Giraldo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luís Gustavo Hermes. Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aaron Giraldo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 67 minutes into the match, Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Aquilino Santos came free, but Luís Gustavo Hermes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Aaron Giraldo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Luís Gustavo Hermes was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. If Marquinhos Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's João Paulo Tavares dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's João Paulo Tavares got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. João Paulo Tavares took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Venancio Dolcet. Venancio Dolcet dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 95th minute Marquinhos Baiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Dolcet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Chivos getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Mateo Omero hit a great ball. The Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Chivos from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
