The crowd rose to their feet as Club Atletico Lanus's Aquilino Leguizamón slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anselmo Lucila. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. In the 12th minute, Leonardo Sigali hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torcato Modesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Koldobika, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If 徐光辉 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Koldobika's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Lanus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abel Koldobika helped the player get up and apologised. In the 19th minute, Abel Koldobika hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 徐光辉 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Anselmo Lucila made a huge save. After some careless play in the los nadies defense, Astor Sancho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anselmo Lucila. The los nadies fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anselmo Lucila should have stopped the shot. Astor Sancho took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anselmo Lucila. Anselmo Lucila dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 26th minute 徐光辉 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anselmo Lucila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atletico Lanus's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emanuel Cilio in the 27th minute. Torcato Modesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Siro Olivar in the 30th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Simon Koldobika in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Torcato Modesto saved Club Atletico Lanus from getting behind. A collision led to los nadies getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Cenan Ergüven hit a great ball. If Osman Nuri Enver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Torcato Modesto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Simon Koldobika's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Simon Koldobika received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Torcato Modesto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by 徐光辉 in the 44th minute of play forced los nadies's goalkeeper Anselmo Lucila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Lucila showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Sancho in the 47th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 徐光辉 made a kick off. los nadies's Anselmo Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Sigali in the 55th minute of play. Anselmo Lucila made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 徐光辉 in the 58th minute of play. After 60 minutes of play, Club Atletico Lanus's Emanuel Cilio made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anselmo Lucila was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to los nadies getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Arnaldo Arnas hit a great ball. los nadies's Anselmo Lucila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Cilio in the 66th minute of play. Torcato Modesto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Koldobika, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Astor Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Club Atletico Lanus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Astor Sancho couldn't finish the play. After 74 played minutes los nadies got a freekick which was hit by Simon Koldobika. 76 minutes into the match, los nadies's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Sancho came free, but Anselmo Lucila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Atletico Lanus's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ola Bukaka was slow to take the kick. During this time los nadies's players had a chance to rest. The corner led los nadies's Cenan Ergüven to fire away a dangerous shot which Torcato Modesto despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. A hard shot 86 in the game by Simon Koldobika from a close distance when the talented Torcato Modesto managed to make a qualified save. Club Atletico Lanus's players were relieved. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Cilio in the 95th minute of play forced los nadies's goalkeeper Anselmo Lucila to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Club Atletico Lanus fans cheered their team off the field, for while los nadies had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
