Trapiche's Federico Fe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haarald Sauna in the 7th minute of play. Rupert Longden received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Severo Neto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, LUPO f.c's Otávio Dracena got a free kick in the 10th minute. Severo Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rafael Modestio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dalmacio Ramirez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Fe having to interfere. Severo Neto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rupert Longden's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. If Haarald Sauna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 22 minutes, Jens Van Dessel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LUPO f.c's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens Van Dessel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Ramirez in the 24th minute of play forced Trapiche's goalkeeper Federico Fe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26thth minute of the game Jens Van Dessel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Trapiche's Federico Fe was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. LUPO f.c's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Otávio Dracena in the 27th minute. The corner ended in Dalmacio Ramirez almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Trapiche's Federico Fe did a great save. In the 30th minute Haarald Sauna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Federico Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes of play, LUPO f.c's Jens Van Dessel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Federico Fe was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Feliciano Porfiro got free with Severo Neto in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the match, LUPO f.c's goal looked a bit too open when Rupert Longden came free, but Severo Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federico Fe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens Van Dessel in the 46th minute of the match. The Trapiche players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. LUPO f.c were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Feliciano Porfiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jens Van Dessel in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Federico Fe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Haarald Sauna got free with Federico Fe in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Severo Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Itzaina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federico Fe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haarald Sauna in the 56th minute of the match. Trapiche's Federico Fe proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Trapiche from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute Saverio Osasun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severo Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicanor Pierres hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. If Jens Van Dessel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 78th minute Feliciano Porfiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severo Neto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Otávio Dracena came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the LUPO f.c fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Otávio Dracena couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the match, LUPO f.c's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Itzaina came free, but Severo Neto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The LUPO f.c supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing LUPO f.c would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
