Teobaldo Ubarna might have been able to make a better finish in the 5th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Cordarryl. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teobaldo Ubarna ran back to his position shaking his head. EL FANTASMA de F. Galtero's Rafael Cordarryl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Ubarna in the 5th minute of play. Tomas Snow made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Xacintu in the 7th minute of play. Teo Fidensio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Tomas Snow made a huge save. 13 minutes into the match, El Renacer del Quijano FC's Teobaldo Ubarna sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rafael Cordarryl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jeronimo Santo made in the 19th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Adan Ongile. Rafael Cordarryl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teobaldo Ubarna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, El Renacer del Quijano FC's goalkeeper Tomas Snow had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Federico Xacintu. In the 26th minute, Filiberto Cresencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rafael Cordarryl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobaldo Ubarna in the 28th minute of play. After having played for 32 minutes, Teobaldo Ubarna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Renacer del Quijano FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Ubarna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 34 minutes of play, El Renacer del Quijano FC's Teobaldo Ubarna made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafael Cordarryl was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute, Teobaldo Ubarna left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Renacer del Quijano FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. EL FANTASMA de F. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Teobaldo Ubarna made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Federico Xacintu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tomas Snow. El Renacer del Quijano FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Federico Xacintu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind EL FANTASMA de F. Galtero's goalkeeper Rafael Cordarryl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Federico Xacintu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Tomas Snow tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. El Renacer del Quijano FC made a substitution. Ádám Páncsics replaced Nunez Maurin. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Guillermo Solustiano was substituted for Leandro Laurentzi. When Gualterio Fernado fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EL FANTASMA de F. Galtero's protests and gave Gualterio Fernado a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of El Renacer del Quijano FC booed when EL FANTASMA de F. Galtero was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Fernado didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute of the match, Ádám Páncsics tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rafael Cordarryl saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. El Renacer del Quijano FC were awarded a corner in the 72th minute after EL FANTASMA de F. Galtero's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Peneios Protopsaltis took the corner. El Renacer del Quijano FC's Peneios Protopsaltis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rafael Cordarryl in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Kalin Golubarev had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Adan Ongile fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored EL FANTASMA de F. Galtero's protests and gave Adan Ongile a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to EL FANTASMA de F. Galtero getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Adan Ongile hit a great ball. After 88 played minutes, El Renacer del Quijano FC's Peneios Protopsaltis shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rafael Cordarryl came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in El Renacer del Quijano FC reached it. 90 minutes into the game, Ádám Páncsics recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rafael Cordarryl. Ádám Páncsics showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in EL FANTASMA de F. Galtero's zone, Teobaldo Ubarna stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafael Cordarryl came out of the goal and Teobaldo Ubarna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 2-3 became the score in the 97th minute when Teo Fidensio elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched El Renacer del Quijano FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
