The audience thought a goal was coming when Clemente Peixoto got free with Rogério Paraense in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th minute, Dráusio Diniz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogério Paraense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Peixoto in the 14th minute of the match. Mixto Esporte Clube's Rafael Dallris played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dráusio Diniz in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mixto Esporte Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Pedrinho Donatello was slow to take the kick. During this time Zandarin FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Zandarin FC's Gláuber de Amorim to fire away a dangerous shot which Rafael Dallris despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Zandarin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Costin Colin came free, but Rogério Paraense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Mixto Esporte Clube's Costin Colin in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Zandarin FC's goalie prevented a goal. Dráusio Diniz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Joel Sousa's late challenge caught a Mixto Esporte Clube's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Sousa helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Zandarin FC's Joel Sousa got a free kick in the 27th minute. With an all-out effort, Mixto Esporte Clube's Rogério Paraense threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Costin Colin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Joel Sousa took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Dallris. Rafael Dallris dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Rafael Dallris took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dráusio Diniz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dráusio Diniz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Marinos Androulakis fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zandarin FC's protests and gave Marinos Androulakis a yellow card for diving instead. Marinos Androulakis got his second yellow card in the match during the 45th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Zandarin FC's Marinos Androulakis got a free kick in the 46th minute. The Mixto Esporte Clube players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zandarin FC were winning 0-1.

Rafael Dallris acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 54th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Pedrinho Donatello. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Mixto Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Rafael Dallris, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Mixto Esporte Clube booed when Zandarin FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gláuber de Amorim didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 71st minute of the match, Cido Souza got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rafael Dallris was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mixto Esporte Clube made a substitution. Pascual Vimaro replaced Dick Granström. In the 91st match minute, Zandarin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cido Souza to maneuver through the defense. The Zandarin FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
